OPEN FACE CAESAR SALD ROLL
Classic Caesar salad rolled in rice paper with traditional Caesar salad dressing and prosciutto. Served open faced and topped with mini croutons.

SMOKED SALMON ON WILD RICE PANCAKES
Tiny Pancakes topped with Smoked Salmon and Lemon Zest Cream cheese garnished with fresh Dill Sprigs.
