DUCK CREPE
Chinese Barbeque Duck in a delicate Crepe with Enoki Mushrooms and Hoisin Sauce.

MINTED LAMB ON YAM PANCAKE
Lamb Filets brushed with Mint Butter, grilled rare and served on yam blinis.

SHRIMP LEMON DILL LOLLIPOP
Fresh hand peeled shrimp finely chopped and combined with lemon zest, crème fraiche and dill- given a whimsical twist being served on a lollipop stick.


BUFFET: SALAD

STACKED MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
Sliced Eggplant, Red and Yellow Tomatoes stacked on a bed of Asian Greens and topped with a flower of Bocconcini served with a Balsamic Dressing.

STUFFED TENDERLOIN OF PORK
Herb Crusted, stuffed with Apple, Sage, Corn and Dried Fruits.

PARMESAN & HERB CRUSTED HALIBUT
Tender Halibut is crusted with Parmesan and fresh Herbs then baked to perfection.

SQUASH RISOTTO
Sweet Butternut Squash with finest Italian Risotto with a splash of White Wine and lightly seasoned.

SAUTEED GREENS
Fresh Baby Bok Choy, Baby Spinach, Brocollini and Haricot Vert sauteed with fresh Garlic.

BREAD
Freshly baked White and Whole Wheat Baguettes served with Herb Butter.
