The philosophy of highly personalized service at Major the Gourmet is reflected in our belief that a menu should be individually designed for each event. We prefer not to send clients a standardized list of menu items or prices.

Since 1973, Major the Gourmet has had the privilege of catering for a wide variety of events and clients. The scope of our work includes many notable events for Dignitaries, Ambassadors, Head of State, community events, conferences and galas. We have the capability and the expertise to handle large, simultaneous, multi-day and logistically challenging events. We execute these occasions with a calm finess and with total focus on the event at hand.
