Delivery and Equipment
Disposables
A fee of up to $0.50/person will be charged for disposables such as paper plates, cutlery, cups, and napkins. All disposables are 100% biodegradeable and compostable. Major will be happy to make arrangements to pick up disposables for composting. We encourage our clients to invest in their own plateware, glassware and utensils to help conserve our environment.
Condiments
Required condiments such as jam, butter, cream, sugar, salad dressings, and sauces are included.
Equipment Rental and Cleaning Charges
Where applicable, equipment charges will apply when Major the Gourmet's equipment is required. Cleaning charges may apply if equipment is returned dirty ($10 - $30).
Delivery
Our speedy service ensures that your lunch will arrive without surprises. Alternatively, we can arrange your delivery or pickup via your preferred corporate courier. A surcharge will apply for deliveries made outside of our regular Monday to Friday delivery hours (7am-4pm). Please ask your planner at time of booking.

- Delivery charges are reflective of deliveries made between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.
- Pick-up charges will apply on use of MTG equipment
- All orders of $250.00 or more will receive their deliveries FREE of charge within 8km of Major the Gourmet
- Set-up charge is $25 per 1/2 hr if required.
Additional Charges
A surcharge of $4.00 per person will apply for all orders of less then 8. A surcharge will also apply on requests for same day equipment pickups. Any lost equipment or rentals will be charged.
